BUSINESS HOURS
• Our business hours are Monday to Friday 8:30 to 5:00 and we are closed for statutory Holidays.
SHIPPING
• All orders are shipped out within 1 business day
• All orders are shipped via Canada Post; we charge the client the same amount that is quoted to us on canadapost website when applicable a small handling fee is added for costs of shipping materials.
• We do not ship orders over $100.00 by method that does NOT include a delivery confirmation unless the buyer requests it. If order over $100.00 is shipped via method without delivery confirmation we cannot guarantee it.
• A $ 2.00 per $100.00 insurance charge is added to all orders that exceed $100.00 in value. Canada post offers additional insurance coverage for all shipments valued over $100.00 which we chose to utilize to protect both our investment as well as our clients.
• We do not ship to P.O. boxes
PAYMENTS
• Payment must be received within 7 days after the auction ended.
• We only ship after amount is paid in full. In an event where buyer does not pay in full or refuses to pay tax as required, we will refund the partial amount (shipping & handling deducted) paid for and cancel the transaction.
• Non-paying transaction will be disputed.
• Sales tax is applicable to both item and shipping for Canadian buyers.
REFUND & EXCHANGE
• Only defective products will be offered exchange or refund 14 days after customer has received item.
• Contact us ASAP if item is defective.
• We have implemented a new marking system to protect ourselves as well as our buyers.
• Send the defective item (including all accessories) back to the return address.
• Shipping & handling fee is non-refundable under all circumstances.
• Seller pays for the shipping for resending items while buyers are responsible for the returning shipping.
FEEDBACK
• A positive feedback will be submitted for buyer automatically after payment clears.
• Your feedback is very VERY important to us. Please remember to leave us positive feedback after you receive the purchased goods with satisfaction.
• Please keep in mind that we ship out items on the very same day or the next business day after payment cleared, but ship time is highly dependable upon the Postal services and customs which are beyond our control.
• We strive for excellent customer service and 5 star Detail Selling Rating from buyer feedback. While we pride ourselves on exceptional service to our customers, there may be times where, unfortunately, expectations are not met. For buyers that are not satisfied with your shopping experience, please contact us first before you leaving neutral or negative feedback as we will attempt to resolve the problem.
