DESCRIPTION:

We offer for your consideration an original 1880'S-1900'S very scarce silver plated/EPNS Barrister's hammer (OFFICE PARAPHRENALIA) used for the breaking of wax seals & also for making a mark on a wax seal by using the top of the hammer.

The size of the hammer is 18.0 cms in width x 6.0 cms in height. Weight is 67 grams.
