Shipping:
1. Orders will be processed and dispatched within 24-48 hours after payment is cleared other than weekends and bank holidays.
2. If you haven't received your shipment within 30 business days from payment, please contact us. We will track the shipment if applicable and get back to you as soon as possible. Our goal is your satisfaction. 
3. Please note that estimated delivery time is dependant on country of destination, and may be subject to customs clearance processes and weather conditions in your area.
Terms:
1. Returns are accepted within 14 days after the buyer receives the item but must be in original packaging for resale.
2. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a prompt exchange or we will refund your payment.
3. Please understand that if you have received a defective or wrong item, we would be responsible for return costs, otherwise, it is the customers responsibility.
