Here is our pep up kit for the Ace 50cc, its gets around the usual problem with them being under jetted and under geared.

The stock sparkplug can be a problem so we have used the C7 heat range NGK spark plug to ensure better combustion.

Kit consists of:

• 6 Pin OORacing performance CDI
• NGK C7HSA spark plug
• Front sprocket 14T x 17mm x 428 Pitch. 1 tooth bigger means longer gears. (approx 5 mph on each gear)
• Main Jet YSN

Saving over purchase of seperate items

The kit is designed to run with the stock air box so no need to modify.

PLEASE NOTE:

You will need to remove the steel diffuser that is mounted in the middle of the inlet manifold.

THE CDI REQUIRES RUBBER MOUNTING TO ENSURE LONGEVITY. THESE RUBBER STRIPS ARE IDEAL. ALTERNATIVELY WE HAVE HIGH DENSITY FOAM PADS THAT MAY SUIT YOUR NEEDS.
