This is a brand new PAL version of the game.

It has been sealed and archived by VGA at grade 70 (Excellent +)

There are only 3 graded copies in the world, and no other known new copies ungraded. Feel free to do a population report with VGA to check this, but its a highly rare game to find brand new and never used or played.

Now is your chance to own this piece of history, I doubt another graded copy will ever come up for sale on ebay.

It achieved 70 due to some small wear on the box, there is a crease on the front (can barely notice it unless you look under specific light), the rest of the box is overall very nice, please see pics of all sides to check, very minimal wear which is why it has achieved an Excellent plus grade.
