Your sign will be mounted on a Solid Matte Black Backing- This backing reduces Glare, adds protection for window and ceiling mounts, allows for flush wall mounting , and reduces the visibility of wires and electrical components. 

Your sign comes with an Energy Efficient UL Listed Transformer with a six foot cord mounted integrally in the sign. We use the highest quality commercial grade transformers on the market ! Transformers are warranted for one year and are easily replaced without returning the sign if necessary. (Low cost replacements are available after warranty period).

All signs are shipped from our Mount Airy "Mayberry" NC factory via Federal Express Ground for United States Customers.  Canadian orders ship Fed Ex International Express Economy.  Brokerage and Customs fees are included in shipping costs.  GST, PST and HST are also included.

Your sign is protected with four levels of service!

• Our no breakage guarantee- Please check your sign for shipping damage within  24 hours of delivery. If damaged occurred we will "make it right" at no cost to you! Canadian Customers can expect replacement parts to ship along with detailed instructions.  Customer service is avialable to help with any questions!
• Our 30 Day Money Back guarantee-  If for any reason you are not satisfied with your sign for the first 30 days, simply return it for a refund.  A 15% restocking fee applies.  Signs must be packaged properly for return.
• Our 1 year warrantee against all manufacturers' defects.   We will repair or replace (our option) any sign found to have a manufacturers defect with a period of one year.  Refunds will not be given after the first 30 days.
• We always service what we sell!  If something happens to your sign after the warranty period, give us a call.  Most signs can be fixed for a nominal fee.
