Collected together for the first time, in digital format on a unique DVD-Rom, we are pleased to present a rare selection of 56 vintage books on the subject of Medals, Insignia and Military Uniforms. A diverse range of subject matter is covered in the books including the history of medals and decorations, records of awards, both military and civil awards, military uniforms and also included are a rare selection of 9 World War 2 guides. These were largely issued by the United States War Department for the benefit of troops in identifying the uniforms, weaponry, protocols and insignia of allied and enemy armies. All books are a 300dpi scan of the original texts and feature many hundreds of illustrations and photographs depicting medals, insignia and uniforms across the ages and from a wide range of countries.
