Cancellation of purchase by buyer or seller:

In rare occasions, a cancellation might be requested by buyer. Seller will cancel the order per buyer request, IF the order is not shipped. .

In rare occasions, the seller might be forced to cancel an order due to a unintentional damage to the item before the shipment, lost item, etc. If so, the order will be cancelled, buyer will be notified immediately and the money would be immediately refunded. Seller will honor a credit of approx. 5-10% depending on item credit towards to purchase of another item if buyer chooses to do to show appreciation to buyer for kind understanding of the situation beyond sellers control.

Please return the item in its original box, bubble wrap, and please reuse our bubble envelope and just use a new lable. Please mark the envelope Fragile in red color on both sides.

If you find the an issue please let us know as soon as possible and please send us a picture of the item and describe the exact issue. Per store policy, we are happy to refund your payment once we received the item back in its original condition, unused, unchanged, undamaged, and including the complete packaging, documentation, tags, etc. Please note that we ship all items in perfect condition and we must receive back the item in perfect condition.

Expedited next day shipping: an Expedited shipping can usually be provided within USA with additional charge. usually a next day shipping via USPS would cost approximately additional $35-$55 ( which includes postage, handling) please message seller before your purchase. seller not responsible for USPS handling times. Many times Expedited shipping will take longer than the promised time and seller has no control.

International shipping: store is in charge of international shipping program through Global shipping. Buyer to pay international fees, duties and customs directly to store not seller, therefore, seller is not sending invoice on those charges. seller is not in charge of shipping time. store ships with Global shipping to almost all major countries. please contact store for Global shipping questions and delivery times. International shipments may delay depending on the time taken to clear customs Kindly note that some countries may charge a duty on imported goods. A customs clearing charge is also imposed in many countries. Buyer to pay for these charges to store.
