This is a Disney Mickey & Minnie Animated talking telephone. It works as far as I can tell with batteries-I do not have a landline to test but have no reason to believe it wont as everything else works fine-mickey's head has been twisted around an there is some marks and a bit of wear from storage as well as the cord is missing-easily replaced-Batteries NOT included-PLEASE SEE PICTURES FOR MORE DETAILS!!
