Band and case have light signs of wear. Some of the black is fading off on some links, but nothing major. The case has a couple of small nicks. The date function has issues - The quickset date push button does not work. The only way to change the date is turning the hands manually - although this sometimes does not work. Most of the time it does. But consider it finicky. The watch does run and keeps time with no issues. Being sold AS-IS
