The background is a soft golden yellow with tiny rosebuds and a ribbon with bows at the edges and rim.  Gold gild trim on both pieces.

New unused, still has retail sticker.

Cup hold 6 ounces and measures 3" x 3.75" and the saucer is 5.5"
