Q. tablet looks used with scratches .
A. all tablets have screen protectors on it.Before we send tablets out ,our QC test it ,they would left some scratches on it .just take off the screen protector carefrlly just like in the photo below.
Q. the tablet storage is not same as i ordered.
A. the preinstalled OS +software occupy some storage ,so available space will be less than the storage you ordered.
Q. Is there some way to let the battery works longer?
A. The first 3 times is very important to fully use the battery .pls fully charge and use the power completely at the first 3 times.it can stimulate the potential of the battery.
Q. Wireless modem is not working .
A. pls checke the followings first:
a> if there is metal material shelter around the tablet .
b> if the password of the wireless connection is correct
c> if the wifi switcher turned on.
d> try the several signal models of your wireless router one by one.
Q. when tablet stop working software is error can not get access to Android OS touch is not working ,what we can do ?
A. pls try to restart\reset\touch panel calibration tablet\remove the external TF card then restart.
