This is a stainless steel 1-3/4 x 2-inch Fossil Belt Buckle with airplane logo and stamped Fuel 33687//:84, Fossil Official Function on front and Fossil on back. It's orientated for right hand use. Back end opening is about 9/16th inches. Opening for tip is about 11/16th. An estate item--I have no idea what the function was for, but a lot of airline and military people live in my town.
