Details and Returns policy
Delivery- UK
All deliveries are subject to stock availability and authorization of
your payment. We shall endeavour to deliver the goods you have offered to
purchase within 24 hours (same working day) of receiving your offer. If there
are any delays we will notify you of such delay as soon as possible.
Your order will be delivered to you during office hours (9 am-5 pm), Monday
to Friday. We are unfortunately unable to specify the time at which the goods
will be delivered to you, but general practice for delivery is 1 to 3 working
days.
Orders are usually delivered by Royal Mail or Courier, and a signature
may be required upon delivery. For larger quantity orders we can arrange forwarding
to an agency.
International shipments/orders
Deliveries to the rest of the world are treated as export orders, and we
have various shipping options available to suit your needs.

will give you 14 days money back guarantee from the time you receive the

To avoid delay and assist us in improving our services please enclose a
written statement with return(s) stating the fault. All postage and insurance
costs are to be paid by the buyer. We recommend you use some form of registered
post in case you need to track your parcel as we do not take responsibility of
any misplaced items. If the item is faulty, or if we've made a
mistake with your order, we will be able to offer an exchange or refund. We
apologise beforehand but this refund
policy does not apply to goods which have been worn or used, dropped or broken,
damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product.

SHIPPING POLICY
All purchases will be shipped the same day if ordered before 2pm or 24 hours thereafter. All of our product listings are subject to Royal Mail Standard Postage charge. This ensures that we are able to ship easily and internationally for a minimal price.
For bigger and more expensive orders, we will send them either by Recorded Delivery or Courier. If you would like us to send your order via these options then please let us know by sending us a message on eBay and we will arrange an invoice including extra costs.
All orders are subject to stock availability and confirmation of payment with our PayPal account. If we are experiencing any delays with orders and shipping then we will let you know at the earliest possible time or within 24 hours.

We have an open policy to accept returns if the customer is not satisfied with their purchase for any reason. Please just give us a message on eBay and we can guarantee you a response within 48 hours with a resolution suited to your best interests. We will reimburse any postage paid by the customer instantly and after testing the faulty product in the lab to confirm it was unsatisfactory also refund the full amount paid. We believe that our customers’ money is theirs until they have received a product they are happy with! Please make sure the product is in the original packaging and condition upon return.
