Signed Satsuma Pheasants & Peonies Vase

6"h, mid-late 19th century

Mei ping shape.  Wide band reserve between dark bands painted in exquisite detail with pheasants, flying birds, trees &

 flowers in color enamels all outlined in fine gilt.

By hand 3 character mark with signature below the Satsuma Mon (cross within circle) in gilt on red ground.

Excellent condition.  No chips, cracks, hairlines or repairs.
