• Dispatch Time: We normally dispatch the item within 1 working day once the payment is cleared.
• Free Delivery: Free delivery usually takes 3-5 working days for the item to be delivered. In some cases, it may take up to 10 working days.
• Express Delivery: It takes 1 working day for the item to be delivered after dispatch. In most cases, you will receive your item in 24 Hrs but sometime it may take more than 1 working day. If needed URGENTLY, please use express service at checkout.

• Returns: You have 14 days of return period if you decided not to keep the item. You will be responsible for the return cost and item returned must be in original packaging unopened and unused condition.
• Exchange: If you have decided to exchange the item already received, you need to first return the original item in original packaging unopened and unused condition.
• Faulty Item: You will receive a refund or replacement when we have received and tested faulty item which usually takes 1-2 weeks after we have received your item. Some items may need to be sent to the manufacturer for testing or repair which can take longer.
• We do not offer a replacement service while your item is being tested. If you need to continue using your item then we would suggest that you place a new order for the same or similar product and request a refund for your faulty item.
