This tool heads is made from certified aircraft billet aluminum T-6 6061.

Manufactured on very precise CNC Machines (2020 Haas TM3P, 2020 Haas VF3 Super Speed and 2021 Brother Speedio  S1000-X1  HT (precision 0.00016")

This 3 machines are intended exclusively for all our reloading products. 

Some aftermarket tool head are made in a hobbyist cnc machine, such a tormach ect.   You can see clearly the rustic finish due to lack of rigidity and precision compared to real industrial High  precision  CNC Machine, it leaves a polish clean finish and more precise part. (Check picture of our parts)

(We have 2 Tormach 1100 and the finish and precision are day and night, we use these machine to engravings and RC Car parts that not require precision,any of the HAAAS o Brother machine we use are 10 time more precise and rigid.  

NO holes in the front that weaken the head. Surfaces as they come out of the machine, NOT sanded, (a professional machinist knows that when sanding a part you remove material and obviously the precision of the Part)   

Also the pin holes are precisely reamed to reduce play

All surface are machined and chamfered 

Anodizing adds hardening to the surface of the part

All this parts are tested before shipping
