Poor - Fair Condition. Artist's Proof as stated, pencil signed. Some age, yellow toning, mat burn, and shadows on sheet. Fine creases and paper wrinkles/warping at edges. There is a tiny dent at the back. Some pencil writings behind the sheet (old price mark etc).

Removed this print from a frame, and backside shows old yellow tape residue at all corners. Will carefully roll this etching and ship it via a sturdy shipping tube.
