Genuine French made Luxour table or desktop petrol lighter. Brass with black lacquer decorated with playing cards - perfect for the poker table...Manufactured pre-1945. The silver coloured lozenge on the base is the French Ministry of Finance duty plate which ceased to be used in 1945.  A heavy table lighter - weight 260gms.
