This kit is 100% complete in an open box with instructions, all paperwork and original decals. The thread for the wires is original. The kit appears to have a very small section started (See photos). The pieces attached to the trees are in their original bags which are open. There are pieces off their trees but all pieces are accounted for and kept in a separate zip-lock bag. The box is excellent with only minor edge wear in a only few spots.
