What you are purchasing:

One (1) 2” X 8” CUSTOM ENGRAVED NAME PLATE WITH HOLDER (BLACK, SILVER OR ROSE GOLD)

·        Made in the USA with premium grade, durable sign material with laser engraving.

·        Plate color options are as follows:

o   Black with white letters

o   Blue with white letters

o   Red with white letters

o   Walnut with white letters

o   Silver with black letters

o   White with black letters

o   Gold with black letters

o   Green with white letters

o   Purple with white letters

o   White with red letters

o   White with blue letters

o   Black with gold letters

·        You can have up to 2 lines of engraving as shown in the listing pictures.

·        The available fonts are located in the listing pictures.

·        Please note that on the script font, the second line will automatically be gothic font.

·        For the 2 line plates, the 2^nd line will automatically be smaller than the 1^st line.

·        Please keep in mind, the more text per line, the more narrow the engraving will be.

·        We will engrave your plate EXACTLY as you enter the information, if you misspell a word, we will too!

·        ALT Codes (ALT +0000) and Emoticons will not be engraved!

We need the following information in the following format for each tag on your purchase (An easy way to do this is to copy and paste the engraving lines below and then add your information):

IF YOU DO NOT GIVE A PLATE COLOR, WE WILL SEND A GOLD PLATE WITH BLACK LETTERS.  IF YOU DO NOT CHOOSE A PLATE HOLDER COLOR, WE WILL SEND A BLACK ONE.   WE WILL NOT CONTACT YOU ABOUT A TAG COLOR OR PLATE HOLDER COLOR CHOICE.

SHIPPING POLICY:

• In order to keep our prices low, we use USPS First Class Mail without tracking.  If you require tracking, you will need to contact me prior to paying for your item and I will adjust the invoice and add shipping with tracking for an additional $2.75 or choose USPS Priority Mail for $6.25 which is usually a 1-3 day delivery.
• We usually ship within 1-2 business days after payment is cleared and tag information is received.  USPS First Class mail usually takes from 2-5 business days for delivery.  Please keep in mind that Sundays and Holidays effect delivery times.  The date given by eBay is an ESTIMATED delivery date.
• Unfortunately we can't control the speed of the USPS.  We ask you to be patient and contact us if you do not receive your tag within 10 days. Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction.
