Have you ever bought some used rackmount rail kits for your Supermicro server, and then found out that you're missing the screws that secure the inner rails to the chassis? Even worse, ever have the inner rails slide off the chassis when pulling the server out of the rack? If you've experienced the later, you know how important it is to have the screws to secure the inner rails; the retention spring clip isn't enough.
I build servers. And I often use Supermicro components and almost always, the used rackmount kits never include the screws that usually come with a brand new kit. I finally decided to get a brand new kit and took measurements of the screws and sourced a supplier. So, for anyone else who might have been in the same shoes as me looking for these screws, here you have it!
Keep in mind, these screws work with the following Supermicro 2U/3U/4U rackmount rail kits:

Included in this sale are 4 screws total. You really only need 2, one for each side. But some chassis allow you to use 2 on each side so I thought, why not just include 4! If you can only use 2, then you have some spares!
