REFUND & RETURNS POLICY:
CHANGED YOUR MIND?:
If you wish to cancel your order prior to shipping please let me know as soon as possible. Once your order has been posted then a refund is only possible once the product(s) have been returned to me in saleable condition (as below).
If you change your mind and wish to return a product(s), you must notify us in writing within 14 dates of receiving your purchase of your intention to return. PLEASE NOTE, WE ONLY ACCEPT UNUSED AND UNDAMAGED PRODUCTS IN THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING FOR REFUND WITHIN 14 DAYS OF YOU RECEIVING YOUR PURCHASE.
All return costs will be your responsibility and will not be subject to refund, unless you are returning a faulty or damaged item. Once the product(s) is received by us as above, a refund will then be issued. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any returns that are not received by us and as such we will not be able to grant a refund in these instances.
DAMAGED, INCORRECT, MISSING OR FAULTY GOODS:
We must be notified in writing of this within 3 days of receipt. Where there is a damaged product, we kindly ask that you take a photo of the damage and all packaging and send this to us. Once we receive your communication we can advise you accordingly.
HOW WE REFUND:
Refunds will be made using the same payment method that was used for your purchase.
