Import duties, taxes, broker charges and the like are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

Please check with your customs broker or your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.  These costs can range from none to over 40% of the value of the item. 

We will not lower the item value for customs purposes so such requests will be ignored.

Ebay and the USPS give estimated delivery times which in some cases are substantially faster than actual delivery times.  This is particularly true during peak periods or because of customs delays.

We promise to ship your package quickly but once it enters the USPS system it is totally out of our control.  We will not know anything not shown in the tracking.  The tracking for international shipments is often delayed and may be limited particularly after the package leaves the USPS system.  Some items may show no more than 2 scans total while a similar shipment will show 10 scans.  We have no control over lack of tracking detail.  For fastest shipping and real time tracking we suggest using Fed Ex and we can do this for addition cost.  Please inquire for the cost for Fed Ex or Express shipping.
