Made to measure, if you leave me a note when purchasing the bracelet, for the actual size you want it to be, (and make sure you press add, or I won't get the message) I will make it to the exact size required. If no instructions are left I will make it to the average wrist size of 18cm.

The above also applies for the placement of the heart charm, I can add it anywhere on the bracelet.
