How to Use:

Ear cleaning is often performed by another person, not on yourself (parent cleaning a child's ears or a partner cleaning their significant others etc.). To do this, have the child or significant other lay their head on your lap. Be sure to sit in an area with adequate lighting to see where you are scooping. Hold 3-4 cm from the tip like a pencil and stick the pick in the ear, being sure to not go down too far. Scrape the side of the ear canal with the scoop in an upward motion and scoop the earwax out. Repeat on the other ear. Be sure the child or partner is comfortable and does not move to avoid injury.

Order not correct

If you find the order was not filled correctly because of wrong item(s) shipped and/or the quantity shipped was incorrect, then contact customer service within 3 business days of receipt. The item(s) must be unopened, in original packaging and in salable condition. 30 Day Money Back Guarantee

If you are unsatisfied with the product, you must notify Jatai within 30 days of the invoice date. Exchanges

Order Cancelled or Refused

Cancelled

Cancelled order prior to shipment is eligible for full refund, including Shipping and Handling. If cancelled after it has been shipped Jatai will refund the purchase price plus sales tax less any freight costs and a $6.00 return handling charge. If order qualified for free freight or through a promotion for free freight the actual shipping cost will be deducted.

Refused orders

If order is refused and returned to Jatai we will confirm your refusal by phone or email. Upon receipt of returned products Jatai will refund the purchase price and sales tax, if any, but will reduce the refund for any freight charge and $6.00 return handling charges. If order qualified for free freight or through a promotion for free freight the actual shipping cost will be deducted.

Not able to deliver to address given or several attempts made and unable to deliver.

If the order could not be delivered to the address given and it is returned to Jatai then it will treated as a refused order. (See above)  

Warranty

All manufacturer defective products due to poor workmanship and/or defective materials can be returned at no charge to customer. All products must be inspected by Jatai to confirm the product falls under the warranty. Jatai will pay the freight back to replace the product. Please note not all products on the website have the same warranty against manufacturer defects.

Refunds

If the return is due to our mistake the amount of refund will be the product cost you paid plus sales tax plus freight allowance of $6.00 less coupon discounts (if any).

If the returned purchase qualified for free freight by reaching our free freight policy then the cost of the freight will be deducted from the refund as long as the return item brings the original order amount below our freight policy.

If the return purchase qualified for a free gift with purchase, but the free gift was not returned then the suggested retail value will be deducted from the refund amount.

If free freight promotion was offered without any order amount limitation then no freight charge will be deducted from the refund amount. 

All refunds are credited back to credit cards unless instructed otherwise.
