We've done it again!
Our vendor in Japan decided to add something special to our last order and sent us a few Battle Counters!
Ashai "Surfie" Battle Counter

Ashai "Smiley-Q" Battle Counter

These are made by Ashai and are ~16" x 3.5" and must be spliced into the 24V side of your pachinko transformer (instructions & quick splicers will be included!)
These easily attach to existing modern pachino via the "CN" connectors on the back
The pictures show it mounted above our display units but you can mount to a board above yours or ask and we'll help guide you through any config that we can figure out
As a plus these can also be daisy chained to multiple machines - one unit per machine and they'll work together to track wins in YOUR parlor!
(Please tell us you'd like this option as we remove these wires before shipping to make installing easier - we may have already removed them so ask if the option is still available!)
These can be wired to most modern Pachinko machines and add to a more realistic Parlor-Like Experience with your Pachinko Man-Cave
These units keep track of balls shot, fever levels, wins, etc. But it's really just about the cool flashing light show that everyone wants!
Plus they have a "Call" button to summon the parlor attendant which also starts an 8-Bit running attendant running & bowing across the screen!

If your Pachi has quick clips - multi colored clips in pic 3 & 5 it's a simple install, if you have the white prongs in pic 4 you'll need to do some soldering.
These attach to ports CN3, CN4, & CN5 on modern machines
We include our own install & use manual with each unit plus you can call and we'll walk you through most problems - these are commercial units and will run forever!

A little late night searching to discover what was in that R2D2 unit back at C-4 (google it - ebay doesn't allow links anymore!) lead us to the manufacturer and then to an importer who filled us in on Pachinko. In a nutshell: Gambling is Illegal in Japan. After WWII, someone figured out how to bypass that rule with these Vertical Pinball games. Apparently laws in Japan require Pachinko Machines to be replaced every year so what to do with all these perfectly good entertainment devices?? Sent them to us! Unfortunately that R2 was a custom job but we've seen some really talented work from collectors over at the RPF, maybe someone will design a case for us?

Please Note: These are the Actual Machines used in Pachinko Parlors and thus may have a few minor scratches on them. Also they were originally designed to be installed "in the wall" in Japan so they have "Open Backs". Local customers we do offer a "White Glove" Custom Installation in your home. Call us to discuss pricing. We can also provide instructions for building your own cabinet but it is totally not necessary for use.
