Standard Shipping Policy
SVS Powersports offers FREE Standard/Economy Shipping (3-7 Business Days) on all orders to resident of the continental US (Lower 48 States) using the any carrier service that is chooses with tracking services. Shipping to Alaska / Hawaii will incur an additional charge that is determined on an order by order basis and is quoted at the checkout.
Additional Shipping Options
Premium / International shipping services that include, but not limited to Expedited (1-4 Business Days), 2nd Day (1-2 Business Days), Next Day (Next Business Day), International Standard (Varies by destination) and International Expedited (Varies by destination) are available at checkout for an additional charge based on the destination and order dimensions/weight, and must be selected at checkout if desired. If your order delivery address has service restrictions that can not be completed by certain carriers, it is your responsibility to notify us BEFORE the order is submitted or you will be held liable for any additional charges incurred for reshipping your order.
Order deliveries that are refused by the recipient at the time of delivery and are returned to us, will be processed as returns and are subject to our returns policy (please see returns policy page for additional details).
International and U.S. Territory Shipping
If you order from a website that provides shipping to international locations or US territories, these shipping destinations are identified at checkout. When you begin checkout, available shipping destinations can be selected from pull-down menus for Region and Country. If your desired destination is not included in the available selections, we cannot ship orders to it.

SVS Powersports. reserves the right to revoke any stated offer, cancel orders, and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions in any stated offer or price, including after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your payment processed. Return / Replacement Policy
We at SVS PowerSports understand that sometimes items work, look, feel or fit somewhat different in person and that returns are sometimes needed. For this reason, we accept returns for ALL New, Non-Used products within 30 days after delivery date, NO QUESTIONS ASKED!!!
Defective Items
A defective item is one that is inoperable but has no apparent damage. If you receive defective merchandise, please contact us immediately for assistance.
Damaged / Defective / DOA Items:
If an order arrives to you with obvious shipping damage, please refuse the delivery and note the reason to the carrier and contact us IMMEDIATELY. If you have accepted delivery and then find shipping damage, please contact us immediately using the contact information included with the order. If you are unsure but if shipping damage is a possible issue, please save all packaging materials and paperwork from the order and contact us if you encounter any issues. If you dispose of packaging material or attempt to return the merchandise without contacting us, you jeopardize our chances of making a successful claim with the carrier, and you may not receive credit for the return.
Limits of Responsibility
We accept no responsibility for user-initiated damage and/or loss of parts incurred during operation or use of product.
Return Shipping:
In most cases, the cost of return shipping will be the customer's responsibility, but this is evaluated on an order by order basis, and if warranted, a prepaid return label may be provided to you with your return instructions to cover the cost of return shipping.
Restocking Fee:
In most cases, we do not charge a restocking fee, but in the event the item returned is not in it's original packaging, has been opened and/or needs to be sent back to the manufacturer for re-packaging, a restocking fee may apply to your return (Damaged by carrier / Defective / DOA items are exempt from restocking fees). Typical restocking fees do not exceed 10% of the order value unless the item shows signs of use, modification, misuse or tampering, which case the entire order value may be withheld.
