Returns/Refunds
Shoeclub21 gladly accepts any returns or exchanges within 60 days of receiving your item. Item must be unworn and in the condition we shipped out. Please notify us prior for any returns. Please use tracking when shipping back to us to make sure it arrived. We will issue a full refund minus the original shipping fee. Refunds will be credited back within 1-3 days to the original payment used.
Exchanges
We are terribly sorry, but due to a limited inventory, we cannot accept exchanges. We recommend you purchase the correct color or size you need and return your original order and we will issue a full refund minus the shipping fee.
When shipping back shoes, please do not use the shoe box as a shipping method (if item is New with a Box). Items must be unworn and in the condition they were shipped out for us to accept a return or exchange.
