Asclepias curassavica, or Blood Flower/Tropical Milkweed seeds. My plants produce seeds all year around in Hawaii so the seeds you receive are fresh.

This plant adds lots of vibrant colors to the garden as well as helps feed butterflies because butterflies love to eat the nectar from this flower and Monarch butterflies will lay eggs on this milkweed plant. Sprinkle the seeds on the top of potting soil and cover lightly. In nature the seeds are scattered when the pod opens and the wind blows the seed and fluff. The seed lands and that is where the plant will start to grow. Mimic nature and don't bury the seed. Cover it just enough to keep the seed from blowing away.
