PAYMENT
  

PayPal is our only method of payment; until we receive full payment we will not dispatch your item. We only accept PayPal, as this is safer for both parties - buyer and seller.

POSTAGE
 

Please ensure that the delivery address is correct at the time of order.  Errors cannot be rectified once the item is dispatched.

We take great care to ensure your purchase gets to you on time and in the condition you would expect. We use Royal Mail only. All of our items are in stock on our premises here in the UK - we do not drop ship any of our items.

TERMS OF SALE


Once a bid has been placed, it is a legally binding contract of purchase.

If payment is not received within 7 days of purchase then a Non Paying Dispute will be filed, and 10 days later a final fee credit lodged.

Once you receive your goods, please inspect them for any damage and report the damage within 48 hours via the eBay contact me service.  If all is well please leave feedback, so we are aware that you have received your goods.

We accept no responsibility for goods delayed due to the services of the Royal Mail.

RETURNS POLICY

In the unlikely event that you need to return an item please get in touch with us and we will happily deal with any issues you have.  All items are brand new and we accept returns providing the following criteria are met: 

•   We are informed within 48 hours of delivery of your request to return the item and the reason why.

•   Item must be unused and in the same condition as dispatch.

•   No postage costs will be refunded.
