This is a rare Genuine OEM BMW E30 Single Piece Hood Insulation Liner / Heat Shield Insulation Pad. This is the single piece insulation pad/liner "Noise Insulator" for all E30 BMW's. 

Came out of a 1988 325ic

The insulation liner is in good condition. It has two small holes as shown. Normal wear from years of use. Will clean up nicely.

Hood pad is in similar condition or better condition as pictured.

This is a perfect replacement part for the 3 piece hood liner units that tend to disintegrate over time and needs to be replaced over and over again. This Genuine OEM BMW part and will solve that problem. 

This is hard part to find and is no longer available from BMW.
