We made these parts in 1/8" (3.2mm)  T6-6061 aluminum with 30 degree chamfer all around the part.

This is a economic , lightweight  and effective solution to reinforce/protect you chassis and spur gear which protrudes .010" below.

Uses the same screws that came with the car.
