Dear Customer, I'm selling quite rare German Carl Zeiss Jena f/4 135mm Triotar lens adapted for using on movie cameras with PL-mount (like Arriflex/Red One etc). Lens covers Super 35mm and Full Frame 24x36 format. Allows to focus on infinity.

Front optical element doesn't rotates during focusing! Aperture ring is click-less.

Lens is equipped with 15 blades aperture which gives perfect round bokeh balls at whole aperture range!

The Carl Zeiss Jena Triotar 135mm f/4 is a classic telephoto prime lens for 35 mm cameras. It was manufactured in the 1950s by Carl Zeiss Jena. It is the predecessor of the Carl Zeiss Sonnar 135mm. The Triotar has the typical early Zeiss all metal finish. Lenses marked with a red T are coated and tend to be more expensive.

Body is in excellent condition (minor signs of age and use). Optics are clean with no dust, no haze or fungus inside. Aperture blades are clean of oil. The aperture moves nicely at every aperture position. The aperture-control ring turns smoothly and accurate. Aperture ring is declicked.

The focusing ring turns smootlhy and precise.

Comes With:

Front and rear lens caps, seamless flex follow focus ring (Mod 0.8).
