Payment is due within 48hrs of auction or “buy it now” purchases unless otherwise specified. If we’ve not received payment within that time we’ll reach out to verify if you are still planning to complete the purchase. Purchases not paid within 72hrs without prior discussion may be cancelled so someone else can have a chance.
CUSTOM ORDERS
We will be happy to create a new piece for you, work with your existing item or customize a piece for you with engraving or re-sizing. Ask for charges before purchasing. Items that are customized are not eligible for return.
RETURNS / EXCHANGES
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Buyers are responsible for return postage and refunds may be adjusted if items have been worn, are damaged or do not contain original packaging. Return requests must be made within 7 days of receipt. Customized items, including engraved items, re-sized rings or custom jewelry cannot be returned. Due to the nature of vintage jewelry, items that show previous wear are not considered defective and are described with text and pictures in the listing. Exchanges may be made within 30 days of purchase. Buyers will be responsible for return shipping. Customers who request a return more than 7 days after receipt of an item will be offered an exchange instead. We want you to be happy with your purchase and offer over 500 items for your pleasure!
LAYAWAY
We are happy to offer layaway to help you get what you want! Layaway terms include 25% down, non-refundable. The remainder of the balance is due in three monthly equal installments. Customizations such as sizing or engraving are charged up front. Layaway is available for purchases over $100.00
