Prices quoted to UK mainland. It is your responsibility to check your goods upon delivery for shortages or damages and to make a note of such on the carriers consignment note when you sign for the goods (If this is not done we are unable to take the matter up with the delivery company). Please kindly refuse delivery if packaging is noticed to have any damages. No complaints will be considered in this regard after parcel is accepted; this is in accordance with Distance Selling Regulations governed by the Office of Fair Trading. If the delivery is not completed on no one being available at the delivery address a delivery charge may apply. Returns
In order to keep our prices as low as possible, we will limit our returns liability.

· Please do not open unless you intend to keep the item, once opened items will not be accepted for a return.

· Returns at buyers’ expense with all original packaging in the same condition it was dispatched.

· All serial numbers are recorded, photos and videos of item obtained to prevent fraudulent activity/claims.
· Refunds will only be offered if a replacement is not available.
