Antique Scottish Silver mounted Ram's Horn Snuff Mull, c1840, 

 

A good, Scottish Silver mounted Ram's Horn Snuff Mull dating from c1840.


The Ram's Horn body of the snuff mull has lovely colour and is in good condition, however there is a part of the horn missing at the curled tip - see photos.  


The mull has a silver collared lid with a small silver disc to the centre.


The mull in excellentgood condition overall.  


The silver collar unmarked as is the norm, therefore must sell as white metal.


It measures approximately 3 1/2" inches (90mm) in length, the lid 1 1/2" inches (38mm) in diameter.
