We are proudly located in Victoria and all of our products are stored in local warehouse. Your order will be delivered by AUSPOST.

A new return is considered as a brand new item that you end up not needing or perhaps due to your purchase is unfit for your special need.

Shipping Damage

Shipping damage is defined as any item/package suspected of being broken or damaged anywhere during the shipping process. We take full responsibility for this. However the damage must be reported to us within 3 days after receiving the item(s).

1 Year Warranty for all the products in our store!

Replacement/Return are optional if customer receive wrong/damaged/defective items.

For replacement or return, customer is expected to keep the item in acceptable packing.

Before replacement or return, customer is expected to submit proof pictures if possible.
