Rest assured, your coffee is carefully sealed in a plain black matte poly bag, foil & moisture barrier lined, and equipped with a Degas Freshness Valve. While we roast your coffee fresh to order, it's worth noting that the degassing process may still continue during shipping.

Degassing is the natural release of gases (primarily carbon dioxide) that are produced during the roasting process. These gases can affect the brewing process, so it's essential to allow the coffee to degas further upon arrival. Simply open the bag and let it breathe for a day or two before brewing for the best flavor.

We do not ship or roast on weekends or holidays. Orders received on Fridays will only be roasted and shipped on the following business day. If you have any questions regarding specific holidays that may affect your order, please do not hesitate to reach out to us for clarity.

For our coffee shipments, we exclusively use USPS Priority. This ensures that your coffee is handled with care and delivered in a timely manner. For orders over 20 lbs, they will be shipped in various boxes, each limited to 20 lbs.

Your coffee is our pride, and it deserves nothing less than perfection. We package our coffee in a heat-sealed plain matte black poly bag, foil-lined with a moisture barrier, and equipped with a Degas Freshness Valve to maintain its peak freshness.

During peak or holiday seasons, it's important to be aware of potential shipping challenges that can occur:

No Tracking Scans: Sometimes, tracking scans may not update immediately. Please allow some time for the tracking information to become available.

Shows Label is Created but Not Shipped: This typically means that your order is in the queue to be processed. Rest assured, you will be notified as soon as it's on its way.

Shows Item in Other State: Occasionally, the tracking system may show your item in a different state due to sorting or routing. It should continue to progress towards its destination.

Shows Item has been Delivered but Has Not: In some cases, the delivery status may show as completed, but the package may not have been physically delivered yet. This can be due to a scan error or the postman being tight on time. Please allow an additional day for delivery in such cases.
