This is a silver plated necklace with matching earrings, handcrafted from Taxco, Mexico. The necklace has five sections, three with inlaid abalone shell. The center section is ¾ inch by 2-⅜ inches. It lays beautifully on your neck!

Overall the necklace is 18 inches. It fastens with a hook in the back. The earrings are ½ inch wide and 1 inch tall. With the hook, they hang about 2 inches.

Silver plating consists of a base metal, German Silver in this case, electroplated with 100% pure silver. Sterling silver is 92.5% silver, the remainder can be any metal. Silver plating puts 100% pure silver against your skin!
