Designed to allow you to mount your quick target acquisition red dot sight from Nikko Stirling on any Weaver or Picatinny mounting rail.
This mount is superior to any other Red Dot mount available on the market currently. It is designed with two parallel guides of the mounting bracket, IN ADDITINO to the securing screw. Other mounts for this application have one or NO guides at all. Do not be mislead by low prices. Two parallel steel guides IN ADDITION to the securing screw are the ONLY way to guarantee precision (return to zero) and longevity (return to zero after many mounts/remounts and many rounds fired). This is effectively one mount with two locking mechanism – and it is therefore reflected in the price.
Designed to fit tightly BOTH your Weaver and Picatinny rails simply by rotating the retention bolt by 90 degrees. This bolt machined of heat treated hardened steel also functions as the recoil lug of the system. One side is machined to 3.5mm to fit in your Weaver rail recoil grooves. The other side is machined to 5.0mm to fit in your Picatinny rail recoil grooves. This tight and precise fit guarantees return to Zero after re-mounting.
Allows you to dismount and protect your Red Dot sight and then mount it again in seconds, as often as you like, with guaranteed return to zero (thanks to the all heat treated steel construction of the QR locking mechanism).
Facilitates the <<in-line>> or simultaneous use of multiple accessories i.e. daytime scope PLUS night vision adapter OR holo sight PLUS night vision adapter, etc.
Facilitates the quick exchange of scopes, sights and other accessories.
Mount is symmetrical for BOTH left-handed and right-handed position of the Quick Release handle.
