Thick Elastic Band at Waist (Pull On)
Condition: If this skirt was a relationship status, it would be: “It’s Complicated.”
Under all the Polka-Dot Tulle is a built in “Pencil-Style” Under-Skirt. This tight, stretchy, under-skirt has been hand cut (to free up thighs) at both outer seams, creating vents/slits. Besides this crude “alteration”, the skirt doesn’t look like it ever ended up been worn. It’s beautiful, but has baggage.
Please see photo #10 out of 12. Could be repaired, or maybe this works for you.
