We completely understand that when ordering online, not everything arrives as you expect and that is perfectly fine. All of our products are displayed as best to our ability but we cannot account for what display you may have based your purchase on with so many different devices and screen types around it is difficult to provide a true reflection of what the item looks like. It is because of this that we offer a full 28 day return policy. Please only return goods in a completely unworn/unused condition, failure to do so may result in the returned goods being rejected and sent back to you. Ordered the wrong size? No problem, we can accommodate an exchange but only if the goods are completely unused.

Our shipping partner is Royal Mail and all of our available shipping services with them can be selected when in the checkout. We will do everything possible to dispatch your order as soon as possible. Sometimes we experience delays either in the warehouse or during shipping. If we are aware of the delays then we will be in touch with you as soon as we can to keep you updated however sometimes, we are unaware of delays to your shipments.
