Returns only if proven defective (2 left hands, 2 right hands etc.). Box damage is not considered as defect. Loose joints are not considered as defects as variations in manufacturing will occur. Photo of missing parts must be shown to us while item is still in factory sealed condition.
Item returned must be factory sealed to receive refund minus shipping cost. Buyer pays return shipping expenses of defective merchandise.
