Generally the right putter size is determined by height. 

These are the recommended sizes however this is a general guide only based on child's height:                

95 -104 cm height: Yellow Putter (56cm putter)

105 -115 cm height: Pink (or Purple) Putter (61cm putter) 

116 -120 cm height: Red Putter (66cm putter)

121-134 cm height: Blue Putter (71cm putter) 

135 cm height + : Black Putter (81cm putter)
