We pack everything as best and secure as possible, basically exactly how we would like something we received packed. We sometimes use professional packing materials that WE pay for just to secure your item safely for shipping. Please remember, we live in Hawaii and everything has to travel a long way and touch a lot of hands before it gets to you. We now offer USPS ?Flat Rate Service?, if it can fit into the USPS Flat Rate box, you pay only one price, regardless of weight.
International Buyers...
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS...CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY via email before paying for items due to different shipping charges for every country. Refunds...
We generally offer a 30 day refund policy; this policy only covers the cost of the actual item, not postage to and from, and only applies if you did not get what you saw on the scan or what was described in the posting. Your 30 days start the day you receive the item as listed with the delivery service used and delivery confirmation date.
If you wish to return your item for any reason other than it was the wrong item (this includes the famous "Buyer Remorse"), there is a 20% restocking charge.
You must obtain an RGA (Returned Goods Authorization) number prior to returning the item. Items must be returned the same way it was shipped at your expense.
