stock a lot of inventory. We don't believe that we should offer
products we have no way of getting. Please understand however, that we

Please Note: Our ARP Inventory on eBay is based on our physical stock and ARP's inventory to replenish ours in the event we run out of an item. This is normally not an issue but as we are selling from multiple sources ( eBay, Our Company Website, Physical Store Location, Etc. ) We can run out of an item. eBay does not provide any way to account for this in an eBay store and it happens to all sellers.
This is especially true of ARP who runs out of product regularly and with no warning for long periods of time on very popular part #'s. ARP will show these items in stock to ship but when they go pull them for shipment they find out they are out of stock...We all end up in the same boat..Literally every seller will run out of these popular kits at the exact same time for this reason. No one stocks a large quantity of these and as soon as it is known they are low on stock or on Back Order at ARP they all get gobbled up in a few hours and then everyone is stuck...Most annoying for all of us, seller and buyer.
We are always 100% happy to Refund or Cancel the Transaction if the part has not been paid for yet to any customer as soon as we are notified of the back order which is the same day or no later than the following business day morning ( Mon-Fri 8-5 Pacific time)....We will NEVER keep your money for an item that is out of stock unless YOU want to wait for the part to be available. Most customers opt to keep the order open because they realize that everyone is out of stock at the same time and they cannot get the item anyway. Better to be in line to get one as soon as available than be stuck waiting when back-orders are filled later.

As we sell specialized performance automove parts we rarely have an issue with returns. I believe I have had 3 retuns in all the years we have been selling via eBay..
All our items are marked as No Returns on a storewide basis because many of them cannot be returned to the manufactures.
This is exceptionally true of ALL Cometic Gaskets, ANY and ALL Electronic Items, CUSTOM Piston Sets, OPENED Sealed Packages like ARP, Etc.
