ALL OF OUR ITEMS are stored in a smoke free, temperature controlled environment. What you see is what you will receive. 

We have been in business since 2011 and since it is a family business everyone takes part. We only ship USPS and delivery time is estimated. We require 3 business days after payment is made to pack and ship items but most of the time it is done within one or two days. We appreciate buyers not requesting same day or next day shipping. Since our items are specialty collector items and could be one of a kind please be sure when bidding or purchasing that we do not offer refunds. All domestic packages are shipped free.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS we ship using Ebay's Global Shipping Program and ship the item to a domestic shipping center and add domestic tracking information after. From there the GSP ships the item worldwide and then is responsible for international tracking information. International buyer responsible for all duties, taxes, import fees and international shipping charges paid to the GSP.

WE DESCRIBE to the best of our ability the condition of the item we are selling including packaging. Our items have come from collections, estates, and other sellers. When items are listed as new it will mean the item to the best of our knowledge has never been removed from  the box. 

BUYERS TAKE RESPONSIBILITY WHEN OPENING BOXES to remove items. We will not offer refunds or adjustments due to issues once the box is opened up.

Lot of 4 Tommy dolls includes all shown sealed in box never opened. Small items inside boxes could become loose during shipping due to age of tape or rubber bands. Three of 4 boxes in nice shape Sailor box shows some creasing, corner/edge wear and rubs.
