Royal Mail:

• Items under 2kg and under £50 will be sent via the Royal Mail Second Class service.
• Most items are delivered within 3-5 working days.
• Please note that this service is not tracked.

Parcelforce:

• Items over 2kg or over £50 will be sent via the Parcelforce 24 Next Working Day service.
• Zone 2/3 = FREE - This is the standard shipping rate. Most UK post codes fall in to this band - England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.
• You will receive an email from Parcelforce as soon as the item is sent with details of your intended delivery date.
• On your delivery date you will receive an email and text message with details of what time (one hour window) your Parcelforce driver will be delivering to you. You can then reply to this message to choose a different delivery time or redelivery to an alternative address.

Collection:

• If you live locally goods can be collected from our store in Colchester, Essex (see address below)

Information:

• Please be aware that to receive next working day delivery your order must be placed before midday. Any order placed after midday Friday will not be dispatched until Monday as the courier service only operates Monday to Friday (and does not deliver on bank holidays). Although we aim to dispatch all orders on time a next day service is not guaranteed.
