I use lemongrass eo with white vinegar in a spray bottle to use as an air freshener and flea averter throughout my house. This product has been wonderful and just as potent as I would have hoped it would be. I have five dogs and do not ever want a smelly house. I ask all the time when others come in my house if it smells. This product (as well as mopping and vacuuming) keeps my house smelling fresh.

Essential oils are part of my everyday life. I use lemongrass oil to repel insects, such as mosquitoes and ants, due to its high citral and geraniol content. I add couple drops on my wrist band when I am outdoors in the evening to repel mosquitoes. You can kill your pet's fleas and lice by spraying diluted lemongrass oil all over his coat or soak his collar in it or spray it on his bedding.

Lemongrass oil can fight bacteria and can help to treat sicknesses such as the common cold, especially when used with a vaporizer. If your body temperature is higher than normal, lemongrass oil can have a cooling effect.
And I also use it on cotton balls and hide them in-between my folded laundry - great smell and no bugs :)
